Dear Sir,
I want to register WILL with the registrar office at Borivali. I wanted to take token oolines from the site . WILL do not have stamp duty. So with section this is coming because the potal is aksing for the stamp duty payment but here there is no stamp duty.

Time has ripen to include documents without stamp duties also.
