TENANCY VIOLATION

Dear All I have a brick industry due to financial problem I cant operate my industry So I have given It yearly rent to 2 person ( both are business partner) one of them has quilt from this business by sending a wakil notice to me and described that my partner cheated me so that i decided to quilt from this business and he also informed his partner to cancel the tenancy deed but his partner refused and he has applied a temporary injunctionon behalf of him to restrict me and my people to enter in the campus of brick industry in march 2018 and unofficially quilt from my brick industry due to this my industry stopped for 2019-20 FY I have lost my yearly rent as the court agreement valid till 2020-21 and the case is under process. Now I want to know Can I run my industry without expiry of the agreement for 2020-21 FY plz suggest me.
