Surname is misspelled in all marksheets

Hello All,
My name is Modem Ashok Kumar Reddy. The surname is misspelled in all my academic certificates are SSC, Inter and B.tech. I want to change my surname from MODEM to MONDEM.
I changed Aadhar card name according to the certificates. Now I want change my surname legally. what is the procedure for changing surname.

you have to apply in government Official gazzette for changing your name legally.

u can go your mandal revenue or thasildar office ask them to correction or Chainge your name by way of special gezet to pay nominal fee to govt by way of challen
