I've changed my wife surname after marriage . After considerable time , i'm facing problems in diffrent aspect .Can anyone suggest or advice ,if it is possible to revert the original surname

Yes - just the same way you changed after marriage - go to magistrate & swear before him about change of name which he/she will endorse Then put out newspaper advertisements

You have to follow the same procedure what you had followed while changing the same for the first time, this time too.
