Suppression of case facts for bank job police verification

Respected sir my name is rajaji jagdish my query is about i was applied for sbi po job and i got selected for the job not yet police verification done.At registration form i suppressed the facts about my IPC 304A because of job losing fear here is my story.In 2009 i was involved in a road accident the opponent was died and i was prosecuted by the honourable court at last the court was stated that im not involved in case and found not guilty.. in my job application ticked NO to all columns is it will terminate my job or police can identify my previous records...pls tell me asap thank u sir in advance...it happened at the age of 19
