its not first time hearing , my case in evidence stage, cw1 not yet done police has told to come when summons served but online date is set but not yet received any summons, so if the court issue summons once again and also how many times summons can be issued by the court if first one failed for serving

at the stage of evidence stage you have to appear.
if you are not received summon then that will again sent by court by special massenger.
or if you received and did not attent the court then court may issue summon again or may issue warrant which deemed ft and proper.
