Dear All,
I have agriculture land.A person has done illegal possession as my father expired he was taking care of same.all document like girdawris and ownership is with my name ..so kindly suggest shall go for suit for possession or suit for stay. What is actual difference between both of them.

Mr. Garg,
File suit for possession & permanent injunction and mesne profit. In the suit, an application for stay will be filed against the said person so that he may not create any third party interest in any manner whatsoever.
