Dear Sir,
My Younger Brother got Suicide on 29 Sep 2011 due to harresment of my elder brothers,and left an Suicide note with all responsible persons names I have lodge an FIR U/s 306 IPC at Local Police Station but due to collusion of Police & Accussed did not submited Original suicide note to them but provided Notried & Self attached photocopy of that to police for handwriting match and other investigation. But Police is continue asking for original suicide note.
So please guide me that-
1- Can police do complete their investigation with Notried & Self attached copy of Suicide Note ?
2- Can we Submit Original Suicide note to Court (Local or Highcourt)?
3- How can we submit original suicide note with security to police for investigation?
Please help us as in my family we are 3 sisters and one brother only our parents as expired.
Please help us as soon as possible.
