I wish to suggest changes that can be made in the law for expeditious judgments. Whom to write to so that atleast they are well heard.

Just a suggestion - In 313 statement instead of tackling each witness seperately, a question can be putin such a way " IT has coeme in the evidence of A B C and D that you.... . What do you have to say about it. In this way only the incriminating part , i.e. the requisites of the section charged , can be put. Thus instead of the 313 running into several pages. it will be curtailed. More over , it can be done in the presence of lawyer only and the questins can be answered with his help.

What do you say?
