in a criminal proceeding , a case of 420 ipc and 66 i.t Act is registered against some accused working in a company. during investigation i.t cell cease all the account of that firm, but on charge sheet only two account is mentioned in the transaction , the case is under trial , how and which authority shall order to reopen the ceased account which is not the part of this investigation ,
