Suggestion about lawyer

I have a case where developer has cheated and his checks are bounced. To my limited understanding this is the case that can be filled under section 138 or 420 and also a recovery suit can be filled. The developer is not reachable and office is closed.

Can you suggest the lawyers with sound experience in these areas in Pune (Shivajinagar). Also I know it is difficult to quote but can you give me idea about the ball park amount that the lawyear will charge for the complete case representation/resolution.

This is the whole problem about legal work. Pl note you should not expect results and fix fees accordingly otherwise you will come in problem.

Just find a normal good working advocate in your area and give him work , all other things will depend on circumstances.
