On application under 156(3) FIR was registered. After investigation FR submitted by the IO to the court. The complainant filed objections. The court rejected FR and directed for further investigation. Again new IO (Crime branch) submitted FR to the court. My question is can at this stage the accused appear before the court if complainant again files objections to FR? What if again the court rejects FR and directs further investigation?

why are you not moving writ petition for investigating the matter by any other agencies, like CBI or CID?
