Dear Sir ,
I live on a sub divided plot we bought in 1994 total plot area is 488 Sq. Yards and we bought front 313 Sq. Yards i wish to get aproval of Building plan for 3 storey what exactly i can do as my house condition has become worse and i wish to make 3 floor instead of repair as it is almost a 50 years old house and will not be possible to repair even kindly guide me how can i get approval of 3 floor sanction with stilt parking without approval of my neighbour who has already repaired and rennovated his part and i dont wish to ask any NOC from him kindly guide i am ready to pay Fees of MCD if any i heard a law is soon coming to get approval of map in subdivided plots in posh colonies .Please help
