I am looking for a plot at Central Park Phase 1, Kondapur, Hyderabad in Survey No. 110/1 of Kondapur. In this context, during a google search I found a HUDA response to a similar query dated 24th June 2006 as follows:
"Hyderabad Urban Development Authority (HUDA) answers: The final layout plan approved by HUDA for Survey No. 110/1 of Kondapur (V) is cancelled and withdrawn vide Lr.No.9975/MP2/H/93 dated 27-9-2000 as the Sy.No. is declared as ULC excess land."

However, since ULC has been repealed in Andhra Pradesh in 2008, what would be the current status on the same (i.e., Survey No. 110/1 of Kondapur)? Does HMDA (Earstwhile HUDA) have to issue a new layout approval or the Final approval for the layout given before 2000 gets reactivated and become a valid document? In effect, it means HUDA / HMDA must have withdrawn the above cited letter through another letter. If so, I request informed people / HMDA to give that reference. Or else, request please clarify the position.
