I have a question regarding the states acts. When I gave my bike for servicing in a most famous company authorized service center and after the servicing paid the bill. I gave bike for servicing in X city (X state) on seeing the invoice or the bill, there is a bit shocking statement (State Act) on the paper with Y State's act. When i asked that person why you are not using the X State's Act? then the person replied since so many years we are using the same papers (same Y State's Act). There won't be any issues with this or problems for you - he said.
Using Y State's Act in X State is it correct? can put any case on them?
