State excise act in u.p.

How can got the Liquor License in U.P. as per Stae Act. Please brief me procedure and law. I have already checked the website but not recd. any fruitful result in this regard. Further is also requested to you please proved the same Brief Note/Short Note and any kind of source. I would be highly appreciated your reply in this regard.
