Starting a law firm - requirements

A Law firm may be started by the partners as a partnership firm. Just like a regular Partnership firm. As an individual one can start his or her own practice. Further you cannot  start a law firm without being a Lawyer. eg. who will sign the vakalatnama?? the lawyers. so where is the name of the firm constituted. Only Lawyers can open a Lawfirm.

This process of what you are stating is not allowed here in India.

Yes, one of those lawyers who will be working for us will sign vakalatnama. Do you see any issues with that?
