Stamp paper date

Hello

I have a stamp paper of todays date i.e. Nov 21, 2017

An agreement has been made orally in august 2017. We want to put them on paper as agrement.

How do i need to mention on agreement since stamp paper date is today, agreement date is past.

You can mention this fact that agreement was reached between both parties in the month of August, 2017 that is now being reduced in written form for the purpose of proper records to be maintained and avoid any discrepancy that may arise in future in the terms and conditions of agreement.

This AGREEMENT is made and executed on this day 21st day of November 2017 at KARIMNAGAR ..

Commencement date:

This Agreement will commence on 01-08-2017

I will put comencement date as past date. WIll this work sir.

You could point out this truth that agreement becomes reached between both events inside the month of August 2017 this is now being reduced in academic paper tips shape for the cause of proper statistics to be maintained and avoid any discrepancy which can stand up in future in the terms and conditions of the settlement.
