My friend is having a shop and a double room on a plot which has gone under SRA. The builder is saying that he can't get the shop under SRA even though he has got all the licences and documents before 1995. Can the builder deny him the shop? Also, Please wanted to know whether he can get a flat with double area (350 sq feet x 2) since his area is more than the other tenants staying on the plot. Thebuilder is stating that he will 350 sq feet to every single tenant. What can be done if the builder is not willing to give a flat with double area and shop? Please advise.
