Hi Sir,
I am the owner of flat in SRA building which is 17 Years old. One of the reputed builder is showing an interest in purchasing our SRA building and given an sale outright offers to all flat owners. Maximum owners are ready to take builder offers even society office bearers are willing to sell thier flats but i am not interest in selling my flat. My query is, can he legally force me to sale my flat? Pleae advice.

Nobody can force anybody to sell his property. However, if the entire members of the SRA are ready, and only one person is against then you will face great difficulty.
