My daugheter is working for Govt Bank as Officer. Her husband is in central govt employess. Her request for spouse ground transfer declined even though vacancy exists at that place. Is there any G O which states that if both Husband & Wife are central govt employees they should be posted at one place. If so pl advise as to what steps can be taken or how to proceed .

MoF has issued some guidelines. These and dept. guidelines should be available on wbesite of bank and employee's unions.
Pursue with deciding authorities.
