Spelling mistake in sale deed

I have paid the margin amount of a property in mumbai and have applied for the home loan amount, part registration has been completed and have paid the complete stamp duty and registration. but i found out that the sellers name had a spelling mistake in his name in his old sale deed, it as printed as praveen insted of pravin. but the new sale deed (my) is formed in the name of pravin ( which is his correct name) and it is registered. Will i have problem in getting home loan , what is its solution as the spelling has changed in the old and new sale deed. Will he have to find his seller ( the builder) from whom he bought in 2006 to correct it . but it is not possible i suppose for him to find the builder.
