am karthic kumar, from coimbaore tamilnadu,In my 10th marksheet my name was mentioned karthickumar(1998) but 12th marksheet (2000) my name mentioned as Kartic Kumar, all my degree certificate also they will also mention same name kartic kumar, recently i have passed government competative exam, kindly help me how to change the spelling mistake in 12th marksheet..
