Specific relief act section 6

A person can claim back possession of immovable property if he has
been dispossessed without due course of law. This is as per section of
6 of specific relief act. Mumbai HC has held that even an interest in
land or right in land shall be treated as immovable property for this
section. This would imply that where a developer has been evicted from
possession of land under section 6 in summary manner without going
through process of establishing title
