If one male and one female Indian citizen having valid ID proof of being an Indian but of diff religions wants to marry each other without changing or transforming their religion or title or anything, how can such be achievable in India? can it be achievable under The Special Marriage Act? then how can they apply for that?
Both parties should give notice for marriage to the Marriage Officer in the prescribed form and after one month period both get married by the Marriage Officer in presence of 3 witnesses, marriage is registered and copy of marriage certificate issued to them which is valid proof of their marriage. Marriage Officer is usually the Deputy Commissioner of the District or his next subordinate where both or one of the party lives for not less than one month. Contact the District Office of the district and take necessary steps.
