Dear All,
We have recently shifted to new apartment just a year back. Builder has taken maintaince charges for 2 years from the date of possession. Recently we received notice from Builder about society formation. We are not sure how to proceed with it as we see most of the things are pending from Builder like,
1. Parking allotement
2. Few pending works
3. Not all amenities provided.
Please let us know do we have any choice to postpone the meeting or other way to tackle above issues.
