1. Under the MCS (Amendment) Act-2013, First named member (primary member) on the Share Certificate, can contest or get elected for the post of Mg.Committee member.
2. AFTER the MCS (Amendment) Act-2013, "ALL" subsequent Joint members /Associate members, now CANNOT contest or get elected for the post of Mg.Committee member.
