If you mean loan by registered Society to  publi c charitable trust is permissible if  the Memorndum of fAssociation and its objectes clause   or objectives permit literaty, scientific charitable purposes.. Or through special resolution of the Board articles o f association and byelaws also can be altered to  expand its objects to include charitable  purposes.
