Dear Experts,
The residential flat has been gifted by mother to her daughter. The Gift Deed is duly registered on the name of daughter with authority.
Now we need to do transfer of ownership/membership at society. The Flat is in mumbai and socierty is formed and governed as per Maharashtra co-op. Act 1960
1. Do we have to pay Transfer Fee?
2. What could be the maximum charge?
3. Is any exception related to transfer of ownership without paying transfer fee?
