Hi All,
Prosecution has 15 evidence listed it challan to prove there case.
Prosecution evidence is going on, PW1 to PW6 chief and cross is already completed.
Wife has some SMS , emails and Video + Audio recording against me , which she will use to prove her case ..But she has not handed over the copy of same to police neither mentioned same in 161 Statements, they are not present in challan.
At what Stage She can bring them to court ?
1. If she can produce the same in court after Prosecution evidence completed ?
2. If she can produce the same in court after accused statement get recorded under CRPC 313?
3. If she can produce the same in court after Defense evidence completed ?
