I purchased a 500 sq. yard plot in 2003 in Valsad, Gujarat.Then built boundry wall and 50 sq. yard construction in that plot. Recently I came to know that the chairman of the society has got the Site Plan Revised without my signature in 2005 (by signing on behalf of the block as chairman. Rest all members of the block are his family members and close relatives).
The Revised Site Plan nowhere shows where my plot is, though the possession is still with me only. It only shows plan for construction of new houses with new nos.
I want to know has the chairman done any criminal act by doing so ? What remedy can I have ?
