Party filed Appln. u/s. 482 of Cr.P.C. before HC to quash the impugned Order passed by JMFC But he could not get Interim Stay
Hence he filed appeal before Session Court against the same Order
Is it not undermining the Hon’ble H.C ?
Kindly guide strict and quick actions against him
