I have given my shop on leave and liscence basis for last 5 years and register agreement every 11 months. there is gap between 2 successive agreements of 2 -3 months. Can the person poise any issue in case i tell him to vacate?

If your lessee is gentle, he may not make any problem. But if he is greedy, he might get stay order on vacation if you ask him to vacate because for 2-3 months you have not made agreement with him and he is in possession of your place.
