There are separate acts for each state. Which state are you from?

I am from the State of Tamil nadu. I tried my level best to get a soft copy from the TN Govt Site, but i failed to obtain one. If you can provide me a copy , i will be grateful to you.

You are right. Unfortunately the soft copy of the Tamilnadu Act is not available. I too purchased only a hard copy.
