Sho not appearing

SHO is not appearing for her evidence after sending almost 10-12 summons notices and warrants.

as you all know all courts are liberal for police case is of 498A and she is not appearing for her evidence every time she make execuse like she is ill, she is on duty etc etc

kindly suggest what actions should be taken agains her :

Have u tried non bailable warrant too

Go for standing warrent if still she is not appearing go inform court how delay is harming your life and reputation and work and ask for dismissal in case of absence of vitness or evidence ask your lawyer to do such things

yes warrant are issueed to her

she is adament, her sister is typist in the same court

every time she put excuses such is at onece she told she is going in course organised at sinhasth mela and now she told she is on duty..........................any way this time we have to communicate with judge directly........as you learned suggest thanks for suggestions

once application is given to judge but judge gave in order that it is me who delaying the case by filing discharge and revision of it etc etc...........that lady judge is triany of course by quota she is just like fourth class kid who sits in degree classes what a shame for our judicial system?

very pity.........................no words even to curse them
