My Father had purchased land in Konkan near Kasal in 2000. We have Kharedi khat for the same. But we do not have 7/12 for the same. My Grandfather was farmer and we were having 7/12 for the some land but no one knew it and so it is no longer with us now. And so now we do not have Shetkari Dakhala. For getting 7/12 for our land in kasal we are asked for shetkari dakhala. How can we get it.
My mother have shetkari dakhala in her name after her marriage. Can it help us to get the 7/12.
Please guide us.
