My wife took divorce in just span of sixty days out of which she was pregnant for so she took rest for 10 days as she got pregnant and then she was working for 20 days and 7 days honeymoon and 4 days attending family function so she hardly stayed in relation and then she went to parents home citing reason for change for doctor and to consult doctor in her parents home, though we changed 3 doctors (gyneaclogist) in span of ten days they then aborted child saying that it was very early then they demanded for divorce we gave divorce on 100rs stamp paper in front of community heads and relatives then we discovered that she was speaking to a guy late night and that guy happened to her ex-bf, so we asked them sternly and then after a year they are coming with alimony demand, she hardly stayed in realtion and she is just misusing law sec 24 and 25 for maintenance, we are still ready to take her, but she just wants money and is filing case at her parental place.
