Share of deceased person in ancestral property

Dear Experts,

Please help me to know that my late brother having any share in our ancestral property. He was died and was unmarried. My mother is 88yr old and still alive. I am having two more brother hence i want to know that property will having 5 (four brothers) shares including share of my mother.

Yes.Each brother ur mother and ur self will each one share.ur mother's shre is left to her own discretion after her

I ( I am NOT a lawyer) think "late brother" without any other heir does NOT get a share; the late brother's share get divided among other heirs.

The question to be answered is what happens to the late brother's share; his heirs are his brothers, sisters and mother as he is unmarried.
