Hello To all law gurus,

My brother was born in a Hindu Brahmin family. I am one out of the three children born to my parents. He converted to Islam when he0 was 20. My father has 3 houses which he purchased during his lifetime. He died without making a will. Can my brother  claim his share in these houses afer his conversion?

As there  is no will he can claim his share in your father property. As a son he has right in the said property.

Conversion to Islam will not take away the right to inherit father's property. Your brother is entitled to his share.

Meet your lawyer.  Hindu succession act doe snotg apply to non-hindu.
