My grandfather had three sons and a daughter. He was gifted this property by Maharaj Banaras State.
after his dismissal, the property was distributed among his three sons. At that time the property was in a very bad condition so that no one can live in it.
My father built this property into a house on his own.
Later my father purchased 1/3rd part of his elder brother (1st share holder)
And my brother purchased the remaining 1/3rd part of the third share holder.
We are 2 sons and 2 daughter.
My grandfather and my grandmother are no more neither did thay make any will.

My question is this, what should be my share in this property as i have dispute with my family.
