Settlement deed between father to his wife & sons

Hello All,

My Father is willing to execute Settlement Deed ( self-property & inherited property ) to his Wife and sons (3 shares) . Is this valid for registration and income tax . Because i goto know from few ppl that Husband cannot do settlement deed to Wife .

pls advise .

Dear Vel, with respect your father's self earned property concern he can do anything he wants ( including settlement in favour of your mother & sons ) with respect of ancesstral property concern he can execute his share alone. feel free to call me 9841127561
