Can Prime Minister or Chief Minister or any Minister or Government Employee or Politicians or Any Influential Person or Even an Governmenet Employee ( who is not part of Testing Institute) can set a Question Paper of their Choice in UPSC, CAT by IIM, GMAT by GMAC, MHCET, CMAT by Using their Influence or Paying amounts.
if Caught what is the Punishment for such individual.
Can Exam Score be scrapped in such cases if interfered or Manipulated as per Particular person Choice.
