What is the best way to serve a US divorce lawsuit on a person residing in India?
 
- Hague convention
- process server in India
- mail/courier

Hague - via Indian Consulate in that country, for in a variety of cases it has been seen that foreign judgments lose their binding value on account of lack of good service.
