I will be applying for LLP registration(startup) this week.Before starting the registration process i need to clarify few doubts:
1) The main objectives of our company will be to provide design and manufacturing services.We will also be reselling softwares. But within six months we are planning to manufacture our own products like hand tools,plastic products etc by collaborating with other manufacturing units and then sell these products online.
- Can all these objectives come under one LLP?
- So what extra forms do i have to fill and when?(for manufacturing and selling)
- Will i be taxed extra if i don't start with manufacturing and product selling part of my business?
- What extra taxes are applicable for manufacturing and selling?
- Is it compulsory that we own manufacturing machines? Because we will be outsourcing the manufacturing part of our business.
