Service tax on working womens hostel

Dear Sir,

We have rented a building and set up a working women hostel in Pune,

This further have given on rent to a hospital for their employees ( nursing Staff).

My question is :

Does this attract service tax? if so how much?

If this does not attract service tax , then how do I get it back from the Govt.
