Hi All,
Need your help to know if Service tax is applicable on Society formation and advance maintainence amount for builder purchase property .
as per my search on internet, if monthly maintainence is above 5000Rs Service tax is applicable else not,
also society formation is not a service so Service tax is not applicable on that amount.
requesting your clarifcation on these points with some reference documents to prove it.
my builder is asking for service tax on both these amounts.
