Please let me know , if receipts of registered post and tracking details of India post site is enough to prove that summons are served . Court insists for Nazarat report . How long court can hold its ex parte decision in absence of Nazarat report

If the summons have been served through registered post, then the Tracking Report along with the Original Postal Receipt should sufficee. Else you may get in writing from the postal department about the delivery status of the Registered Post.
