Service level bond with it firm

Hi,

My friend Signed a sevice level agreement with an MNC IT Firm on stamped paper for 2 year .then recently he quit job. Is he has to pay 1 lakh rupee to company? If he dont need exit paper ,experience certificate, Graualty money and his Provident fund amount. It is compoulsary for him to pay money...

what type of legal action should he faced if he dont pay money.

or any path/solution so he can get over all this without paying 1 lakh.

The Bond was created in lieu of what extra ordinary favor by the company; say some certified training from certified Instt. that addded to his qualification or some extar ordinary skills?

Did he submit notice of resignation/resignation under proper acknowledgment, and did handover of charge?

He should consult an able Labor Law Consultant/service Matters Lawyer/Law firm with copies of all documents on record ASAP....................before he pays.

The letter of appointment containing the contents are to be seen.  A local labor law practicing advocate may be consulted with complete details and seek his advise on all further issues.
