My brother is on bail now accused of Rape u/s 376 IPC and the victims v**ginal swab report of FSL is negative. The alleged offence took place, at the time when he was juvenile (age-17 years 4 months). Now the matter is pending before the juvenile justice board.
And recently my brother crack an interview for central government job at the ministry of home, and the police verification is under process.
Now my question is:-
- Will the case of my brother hamper his job appointment?
- Can my brother be appointed on job, as he is not convicted but only an accused in the case?
