Respected sir,
Sir i have an serious problem that i am an state government employee, and my profile is not matching with my job, thats why i search another, according to my knowledge i got selected in private firm, where they specify me to join imijiate , and i joined it, they also said me to file the regignation for reliving and give me some time, but i want to make the relation to my past employer, is there any rule for leon where the last gov department have an connection with there employee, and can also return with in 3 years, if he wants to come back due to some issue, so what is the procedure of that. I am currently on leave on gov, but imidiate joined in private.
